Burnt Basque Cheesecake Recipe
A rich, creamy cheesecake with a caramelized, burnt top for a unique, delicious twist on the classic dessert. simple, indulgent, and unforgettable!

Ingredients

250g Cream cheese

60g Sugar

5g flour
-
1 Egg yolk
-
1 Egg
-
150g Whipping cream
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 30 minutes! 🩷
After it’s done baking, slightly open the oven and leave the cheesecake to cool down in the oven for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
Tips:
Make sure all ingredients are room temperature.
Preheat the oven for at least 15 minutes prior to baking.
