Ingredients

  • 120g Dark chocolate

  • 70g Unsalted butter

  • 10g Cocoa powder

  • 50g Milk

  • 2 Egg yolks

  • 20g Sugar

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 50g flour

  • 2 Egg whites + 40g Sugar

Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 35 minutes !💕

60g Dark chocolate 40g Whipping cream
