Crumble Cheesecake Recipe
Creamy cheesecake with a crunchy crumble topping, made with lotus biscuits, cream cheese, and a touch of lemon. perfectly baked for a delightful treat!

Ingredients for a 15cm round pan
Crust

100g biscuits ( I used lotus biscuits)

40g melted butter
Filling

280g cream cheese

100g heavy cream

100g sour cream/Greek yogurt

2 eggs

10ml lemon juice

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

10g corn starch
Crumble
-
45g unsalted butter
-
40g flour
-
10g cornstarch
-
30g granulated sugar
-
15g brown sugar
-
Jam (Optional)
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 50 minutes! 💕
