Fluffy Blueberry Muffin Pancakes Recipe
Fluffy blueberry muffin pancakes are light and airy with sweet blueberries in every bite, making for a delicious and satisfying breakfast treat.
Ingredients:

70g blueberries (I use frozen)

60g self raising flour
-
1tbsp cream cheese
-
1 egg
-
1tsp baking powder
-
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Method:

blitz all together
-
in a frying pan add a little butter and pour your batter in & flip when bubbles emerge. Cook each side until golden brown
