Single Serve Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

This recipe can make two smaller cookies or one large cookie!

Ingredients:

• 25g unsalted butter

• 1 tbsp brown sugar

• 1 tbsp granulated sugar

• 1 egg yolk

• 38g all purpose flour

• Pinch of salt

• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

• 1/8 tsp baking soda

• 30g chocolate chunks

Chill the cookie dough for 30 minutes.

Make sure oven is preheated 15 minutes prior to baking.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 16 minutes! 💕
