Tiramisu Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

Recipe makes around 10-12 cookies:

• 110g unsalted butter, melted

• 100g brown sugar

• 25g granulated sugar

• 1 egg

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 215g flour

• 1 tbsp instant coffee

• 1/2 tsp baking soda

• 1/2 tsp baking powder

• 1/4 tsp salt

Mascarpone frosting

• 100g mascarpone

• 150g heavy cream

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 45g icing sugar

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12-14 minutes! 💕
