Tortilla Egg Cups Recipe
Delicious tortilla cups filled with scrambled eggs, cheese, and veggies—perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch! easy to make and full of flavor.

Ingredients:
-
tortilla wraps cut into size to fit your muffin tray holes
-
5-6 British Lion eggs
-
veg of choice, I used mushroom, spinach & cherry tomatoes
-
handful of cheese
Method:
-
cut your baking paper into square pieces to form your muffin tray holes. Do the same for your tortilla wraps. Push these into the muffin holes

whisk together 5-6 eggs and pour into your tortilla wraps
-
add veg of choice and top with cheese
-
pop into oven at 180 degrees for approx 20 minutes

Notes:

this recipe makes 6 tortilla egg cups
-
pop these into freezer bag when cooled and as they have baking paper wrapped around them they will not stick together in freezer
-
to defrost pop straight into airfryer for approx 7-8 mins or defrost overnight & reheat in airfryer or microwave
