Brown Butter Strawberry Cookies Recipe

Ingredients for around 10 cookies:

• 115g unsalted butter (browned and cooled)

• 100g brown sugar

• 25g white sugar

• 1 egg

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 125g all purpose flour

• 1/4 tsp baking soda

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 85g chocolate chips

• 45g frozen strawberry, chopped

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-13 minutes!
